(since 2009), leading architect, head of the team, a chief architect of the projects of
JSC “Kirovograd institute “Mis’kbudproekt” (1982-2002), private architect “PE
“Kharlamova L.V.” (since 2002), laureate of the Regional Award in the sphere of
architecture, heraldy and veksilology and decorative and applied art named after Yakov
Pauchenko in nomination “architecture” (2004), a chief architect of the project,
during the development of a conceptual design of the project – a chief architect of JSC
“Mis’kbudproekt”, graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Civil Engineering, now
Prydniprovs’ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “architecture”
(1979).
