     Hanna Valentynivna Kovtun (born 06.10.1959), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, a chief architect of JSC “Mis’kbudproekt”, graduated from Poltava Institute of Civil Engineering, now Poltava National Technical University named after Yu.Kondratuk, majoring in “architecture” (1983),
     Ludmyla Viktorivna Kharlamova (born 04.09.1956), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, secretary of the board of Kirovograd regional organization of the National Union of architects of Ukraine (since 2009), leading architect, head of the team, a chief architect of the projects of JSC “Kirovograd institute “Mis’kbudproekt” (1982-2002), private architect “PE “Kharlamova L.V.” (since 2002), laureate of the Regional Award in the sphere of architecture, heraldy and veksilology and decorative and applied art named after Yakov Pauchenko in nomination “architecture” (2004), a chief architect of the project, during the development of a conceptual design of the project – a chief architect of JSC “Mis’kbudproekt”, graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Civil Engineering, now Prydniprovs’ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “architecture” (1979).

   For the designing of the architectural project of the educational and facilities building of Kirovograd regional general secondary educational complex of humanitarian-aesthetic type, Lenina (Dvortsova) Str. 7, Kirovograd.

Oleksandr Mykolayovych Firsov (born 19.02.1971), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1994), artist of decorative and applied art (ceramics), graduated from Odessa State Art College named after M.Grekov (1990) – for the creative works of the recent years which develop and consolidate basic principles of Ukrainian ceramics.
